Meetings at the Apiary!

Yesterday we had our first meeting of the season which was very well attended by new members of PBKA. Also in attendance were Tom Pegg, the PBKA Chairman and our ‘two old faithfuls’, John Dudman and Geoff Bazin.  We also had our first potential swarm of the season shortly after I arrived at the apiary at around noon. Fortunately I was able to get them in time and did an artificial swarm. They seemed to settle down after that and I went up this lunchtime and all seems to be back to normal!! Five day inspections from now on I think!
